In one breath

No company. Every wick sells 1% of your WICK, by design. ASH may be worth nothing and cannot be sold for 28 days. The contracts cannot be paused, changed or fixed by anyone. Scams exist and will use our name. Only you are responsible for what you buy, hold and sign.

01What The House is

The House is a set of smart contracts on BNB Chain: the WICK token, the ASH token, the wick mechanism and the staking distributor. Contract addresses are published only at thehouse.fun and on @thehousedotfun, at the moment of launch.

There is no company, foundation, association, DAO treasury, issuer or other legal entity behind The House. The contracts were deployed by an address that renounced ownership at launch. After that, no one, including the people who wrote the code, can pause, upgrade, change a parameter, mint tokens or move anyone's balance.

The 20% of fees and wick proceeds that the contract sends to "the team" goes to a fixed address written into the contract at deployment. That address has no admin rights of any kind. It receives; it cannot act.

thehouse.fun is an open-source interface. It reads public blockchain data and helps you build transactions that you sign in your own wallet. It never holds your tokens or your keys, and it can go offline without affecting the contracts in any way.

02The rule you agree to

Holding WICK means accepting all of the following.

  • When the Bitcoin price read by the contract's price feed falls 0.5% from its most recent tracked high, anyone may fire the wick.
  • Firing sells 1% of every holder's WICK balance in a single transaction. The trading pool is never shaved.
  • The BNB raised is split 80% to ASH stakers and 20% to the team address, after a small fixed tip to whoever fired the wick.
  • Every shaved holder receives newly minted ASH in proportion to the WICK sold from them, already staked. ASH minted = BNB to stakers × 70,000 / max(days since the first wick, 1).
  • Each wick also mints additional ASH equal to 3% of that wick's holder ASH allocation directly to the immutable team wallet. This ASH is not staked automatically.
  • Every buy and sell of WICK on PancakeSwap carries a 5% fee, split the same 80/20.
  • For 28 days after the first wick, ASH can be earned and paid but not sold or transferred. Day 21: unstaking opens with a 7-day cooldown. Day 28: ASH becomes transferable and tradable.
  • All of the above is fixed at launch. Nobody can change it. A wick either completes in full in one transaction or does not happen at all.

03Risk disclosure

You can lose everything you put in. Here is how, specifically.

You will lose WICK by design.Every wick sells 1% of whatever you hold, and the sales compound. After 10 wicks about 18% of an untouched balance has been sold; after 69 about half; after 100 about 63%. ASH is what you receive in exchange. Nothing promises that ASH will be worth what the WICK was.
ASH may be worth nothing. Its only income is a share of protocol fee distributions, which depend entirely on other people buying, selling and getting shaved. If activity stops, distributions stop. There is no floor, no reserve and no buyback.
You cannot sell ASH for 28 days.Even after that, nothing assures ASH a market, a price or liquidity.
WICK is a memecoin. Its price can go to zero at any time, for reasons that have nothing to do with Bitcoin. Fees of 5% apply on the way in and on the way out. Liquidity may be thin and slippage large.
The wick depends on a Bitcoin price feed. The contract reads [ORACLE NAME AND FEED ADDRESS]. If that feed is wrong, stale, manipulated or halted, wicks may fire when they should not, or fail to fire when they should. The contract cannot be corrected afterwards.
Smart contracts can have bugs. The contracts [HAVE / HAVE NOT] been audited by [AUDITOR, LINK]. An audit reduces risk; it does not remove it. Because the contracts are immutable, a bug stays a bug, and funds lost to one cannot be recovered by anyone.
Anyone can fire the wick.Firing is permissionless and paid with a tip, so bots will compete to fire first. Once the line is crossed, you cannot stop a wick, and you cannot sell ahead of it faster than a bot can fire it.
The interface can fail.thehouse.fun may show wrong or delayed numbers, be unreachable, or be blocked where you are. Only the contract state on BNB Chain is authoritative.
Clones and scams will use our name.Only thehouse.fun and @thehousedotfun publish contract addresses. There is no presale, whitelist, allocation or airdrop. Anyone offering WICK or ASH before launch, selling "early access", or asking for your seed phrase is a scammer.
Taxes are yours.Buys, sells, wicks, ASH minting and BNB distributions may each be taxable events where you live. Nobody here reports or withholds anything for you.
There is no recourse.Because there is no company or issuer, there is no one to complain to, sue, or seek a refund from. Put in only what you can lose in full.

04Who may use it

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to hold crypto tokens there.
  • The interface is blocked for, and you may not use it from, [RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS: confirm with counsel; a typical list names the United States, the United Kingdom, and any country, territory or person subject to sanctions]. Getting around the block with a VPN is a breach of these terms and does not make you eligible.
  • You act for yourself, with your own funds, and you are not on any sanctions list and not acting for anyone who is.
  • The contracts themselves are public and permissionless. These eligibility terms govern the interface and your agreement with everyone else who holds the tokens; they are not a promise that the contracts will refuse anyone.

05No advice, no offer

Nothing on thehouse.fun, in the docs or on X is financial, legal, tax or any other kind of advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. The calculator and every number on the site are either read from the contract or computed from the published formula. They describe the rule. They do not predict an outcome.

Statements about "day one", "early holders", rates and shares describe how the formula works, arithmetically. They are not statements about the value of WICK or ASH, which may be zero.

06No warranty, no liability

The contracts and the interface are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, none of the people who wrote, deployed, host, maintain or contribute to The House or its interface are liable to you for any loss of any kind, including lost tokens, lost profits, and any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, arising from the contracts, the interface, the price feed, third-party services (BNB Chain, PancakeSwap, wallets, lockers, RPC providers) or these terms, however caused.

If the law where you live does not allow this limitation, you may not use The House, and these terms give you no rights there. You agree to hold harmless everyone named above from claims arising out of your use, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law.

07The interface and your data

thehouse.fun stores nothing about you. When you connect a wallet it reads your address, as every dapp does, and keeps no record of it. Public RPC requests go to [RPC PROVIDER]. Geo-blocking is decided from your IP address at the edge, which is not logged by us.

Your wallet address and every transaction you sign are public on BNB Chain, forever, for anyone to read. That is the chain, not us.

The interface code is open source at [REPOSITORY URL]. Anyone may run their own copy. A copy run by someone else is not ours and may be malicious; check the address bar.

08Changes and contact

These terms describe immutable contracts, so the rule itself cannot change. The wording here may be updated for clarity or to add disclosures; the current version and date are shown at the top of this page, and material changes are announced on @thehousedotfun. Continuing to use the interface after an update means you accept it.

There is no support desk. Community lives on X at @thehousedotfun, and nowhere else: there is no Telegram, no Discord, no other channel. Security disclosures go to [SECURITY EMAIL]. Nothing said in any channel, by anyone, creates a contract, a promise or an obligation.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are the entire agreement about the interface. [GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: counsel to decide whether to specify a forum or rely on the no-entity position.]

WICK and ASH are crypto tokens with a published rule that reduces holders' balances. Nothing here is financial advice. Not available where prohibited.Back to the houseOpen app@thehousedotfun
